Location:Premises and Contracts ManagerSalary: £33,417 - £38,058 (the higher salary dependant on your experience) Hours: Full-time, 36 hours/week, 52 weeks/year (includes early morning, evening, and weekend shifts on rotation)Start Date: March 2025
Key Responsibilities: Premises and Contracts Manager
- Maintain and develop school facilities to meet statutory, educational, and operational needs.
- Ensure a safe, secure, and well-maintained environment for staff, students, and visitors.
- Oversee compliance with health and safety regulations, including record-keeping and routine inspections.
- Manage repairs, maintenance schedules, and emergency response for building issues.
- Lead and manage the premises team, conducting appraisals and training as needed.
