We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic MFL Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in Sutton. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced teacher or a committed ECT to make a real impact on students’ language learning journey.

The Role:

  • Teach French and Spanish across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach KS5
  • Deliver engaging and interactive language lessons that develop students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
  • Foster a passion for languages and cultural awareness through dynamic teaching methods
  • Plan and assess effectively to ensure excellent student progress
  • Contribute to the wider school community through extracurricular activities, language clubs, and cultural events

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification
  • Experience teaching French and Spanish at secondary school level
  • A strong understanding of the national curriculum and exam board requirements
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A passion for language learning, cultural exchange, and inspiring students
