Do you have a good knowledge of Payroll Processes including Calculations etc. We are seeking a dedicated HR Advisor to join our team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR matters, including employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.
  • Good working knowledge of Payroll Processes and calculations etc
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practises.
  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge on various HR topics.
  • Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy within HR systems.
  • Collaborate with management to identify training needs and facilitate professional development opportunities.
  • Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and retention.

Ideal candidate:

  • Proven experience as an HR Advisor or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practises.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to HR challenges.
  • Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Relevant HR qualifications (CIPD or equivalent) are desirable but not essential.
