DOEFamily Law Solicitor A Family Law Solicitor with 5-10 years PQE is required to join a prestigious long-establishedFamily Law Specialist law firm based in Cheam, Surrey.The department deals with a high-quality privately paid work.  You will work as part of a supportive, dynamic, forward-thinking and innovative team.The caseload will include, but not be limited to divorce and finance matters, children matters, pre/post-nuptial agreements, cohabitation agreements, cohabitation disputes, civil partnerships, and more.There is a healthy blend of Family work in this role not pigeonholing yourself to one aspect of the practice. This is intentionally designed for someone who enjoys variety.Requirements
  • You will be a Family Solicitor with 5-10 years PQE (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of PQE)
  • A meticulous eye for detail is essential
  • You will have experience managing a family law caseload
