My client a well known Tier 1 Main Contractor, based nationwide are now seeking a Senior Site Manager to work on an exciting project. The business has a fantastic reputation across the industry and are now in a period of growth due to the influx of projects they have won.
The project is a 60m education scheme located in Greater London.
Roles & Responsibilites:
- Subcontractor Management
- Oversee construction site activities & progress reporting
- Client engagement
- Quality Control
- Health & Safety
Skills:
- 5+ Years of Site Management experience
- Experience as a No.2 on site
- Degree Qualified
- Tier 1/ 2 Main Contracting experience
- Experience working on education schemes.
