The salary for this position is competitive, and candidates should possess at least two years of relevant experience.

To provide comprehensive administrative and staff liaison and customer support for the delivery of repairs and asset management
To support the team and maximise the efficient use of all in-house systems including, HCRM, Northgate, EDMS, Agresso and Codeman.
To cover for other team members by working flexibly as and when required
Support the aids and adaptations co -ordinator
Support the compliance and risk co -ordinator
Manages the information flow for residents inspectors
Supports the Communal Planner with allocating resources to enable completion
Facilitate & attend meetings and take minutes where we required
Attend meetings in and out of hours
