- Oversee the full client payroll setup and processing cycle across a wide range of industries.
- Accurately configure and maintain payroll data, ensuring compliance with RTI and client-specific requirements.
- Handle client enquiries related to payroll, including benefits, expenses, and statutory deductions.
- Manage BACS submissions, pension auto-enrolment, and statutory payments such as student loans and maternity pay.
- Generate and distribute P45s, P60s, and payroll journals, ensuring alignment with HMRC regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on all payroll setup and processing matters.
- Previous experience in payroll administration with exposure to client payrolls.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within strict deadlines.
