- Execute end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness for multiple business clients
- Maintain strict compliance with current legislation and regulatory requirements
- Establish strong relationships through regular client communication regarding payments, HMRC liabilities, and personnel changes
- Perform reconciliations of HMRC liabilities
- Deliver expert advice on payroll matters to both clients and their employees
- Assist clients with specialised reporting needs
- Help establish new PAYE schemes and manage payroll transitions
- Conduct manual calculations when necessary
- Proven track record as a Payroll Specialist in a professional services environment
- Comprehensive understanding of payroll systems, regulations, and best practices
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational capabilities
- Experience with payroll software applications and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional approach to handling sensitive information
- CIPP qualification (or working toward it)
