What you will do:

  • Collaborate with Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy staff to deliver effective patient care.
  • Conduct group sessions, promoting wellness and recovery among patients.
  • Utilise your knowledge in falls prevention and frailty to support patient safety and rehabilitation.
  • Operate various walking aids and OT equipment confidently and competently to facilitate patient mobility.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report to senior staff as needed.
