What you will do:
- Collaborate with Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapy staff to deliver effective patient care.
- Conduct group sessions, promoting wellness and recovery among patients.
- Utilise your knowledge in falls prevention and frailty to support patient safety and rehabilitation.
- Operate various walking aids and OT equipment confidently and competently to facilitate patient mobility.
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and report to senior staff as needed.
