Our Client based in Sutton, is looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Compliance Administrator to join there Supply Chain & HSEQR team. This is an excellent opportunity to support commercial teams in managing quality and regulatory customer inquiries, questionnaires, and documentation, helping to enhance customer satisfaction and strengthen internal processes.
You will be an integral part of the team, supporting multiple sectors including Food & Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, and Industrial, with a focus on regulatory compliance, risk management, quality management, and sustainability. You will report directly to the HSEQR Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and complete quality and regulatory customer inquiries and questionnaires.
- Collaborate with the commercial business teams and global regulatory centres to enhance customer engagement and build document management resources.
- Develop strong, effective relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal colleagues.
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all communication, particularly in high-stakes regulatory documentation.
- Support the broader strategic goals of regulatory compliance, risk management, quality, sustainability, and environmental management.
- Provide assistance across various market sectors including Food & Nutrition, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, and Industrial.
What We're Looking For:
- A professional approach with a customer-focused mindset and keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Salesforce CRM.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience managing regulatory, quality, or sustainability requirements is a plus.
- Experience in one or more of the following sectors is advantageous: Food & Nutrition, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Personal Care, Industrial.
- A background in distribution, sales, or marketing is a bonus.
