Tradewind Recruitment is seeking to appoint a KS2 Primary Teacher on behalf of a progressive and inclusive 2-form entry school located in the borough of Sutton.
This primary school is looking for a qualified teacher to cover a Year 5 class for the entire academic year. The role will involve some planning, as it begins at the start of the academic year.
About the Role:- Prepare and deliver engaging KS2 lessons.
- Implement effective and appropriate behaviour management strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the Classroom TA to ensure lessons are impactful.
- Differentiate learning materials to meet the needs of all pupils.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings and contribute to school initiatives.
- Must have UK-recognised QTS.
- Strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
- A positive and ambitious attitude towards teaching and learning.
- Willingness to support and enhance the school's ethos.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, pupils, and external agencies.
- Must be available full-time and long-term from September.
- A 2-form entry school rated 'Outstanding' by Ofsted.
