Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 (flexible DOE)

Hours: Monday to Friday, (Mon-Thu 9-5:30 - 5pm finish Friday) with flexibility after probation

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Digital Account Manager to join their client success team. This pivotal role will manage high-profile clients and drive strategic digital campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including creatives, developers and strategists, to deliver high-impact digital solutions and strategies that meet client goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong, trusted relationships and maintaining regular communication.
  • Develop and lead digital strategies tailored to client needs, aligning with campaign objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to communicate work back in a timely and effective manner.
  • Manage client budgets and have a full understanding of client business objectives, ensuring delivery against them.
  • Work closely with creative and development teams to deliver innovative, effective solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional digital services where appropriate.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to other account managers, fostering a collaborative and client-focused team environment.

Are you the right person for the job?

The ideal candidate for this role will already have digital experience with a solid understanding of digital marketing principles. Having worked in a similar role previously and looking for the opportunity for growth and the next step in their career, you will have a strong background in delivering digital strategy, including a track record of successful project delivery proficiency in digital platforms and tools, including Google Analytics, social media management tools, and CRM systems.

You will be a strong team player who is energetic and enthusiastic. You will be working with a wide range of stakeholders, so you will need to have excellent verbal and written communications skills, including strong listening and presentation skills.

You will be a natural relationship builder with integrity and reliability. You will be a quick learner who is determined to fully understand how each of the services work and you will have strong sales and negotiation skills.
