Quality Insurance inspector
This role will require a UK's drivers licence and access to a vehicle.
A minimum of 4 days working in the office is required .
Reporting to the Major works programme manager, you will work with a ateam responsible for provididng quality assurance/ Clerk of works service.
Carry out visits at least weekly, to all sites to ensure that materials, construction standards and site practices meet Sutton Housing Partneships requirements and prepare a health and safety report.
You must have
Experience working in housing for local authority or other social housing provider is essential.
Recognised construction- related qualification to at least HNC or HND level with a demonstratable record of accomplishment as a Clerk of Works or Surveyor and moderately complex projects.
Experience in managing the quality of large scale capital expenditure on its residential buildings.
