Are you a proactive and passionate individual looking to be the welcoming face of an innovative healthcare organisation? Our Client is seeking a friendly Receptionist & Facilities Coordinator to join there dynamic HR & Facilities Team in Sutton, just a 10-minute walk from the train station!

As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our reception and facilities function runs smoothly. If you thrive in a busy environment and enjoy making people feel at home, we want to hear from you!

Your Responsibilities:

Reception Duties:

  • Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and other media.
  • Greet and assist visitors, ensuring they feel welcomed and well-supported.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and onsite catering for events.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area, meeting rooms, and kitchen.

Facilities Management:

  • Monitor site facilities, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
  • Address facilities-related queries promptly and liaise with building management.
  • Arrange for third-party vendors for maintenance and cleaning services.

Event Coordination:

  • Lead the planning and execution of company events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate logistics for employee wellbeing programmes and CSR initiatives.

Administrative Support:

  • Provide general administrative assistance, including expense processing and HR support.
  • Conduct workstation assessments and maintain health and safety records.
