Are you a recent graduate with a passion for education?We are looking for a Graduate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our dedicated team in Sutton, supporting students across a range of subjects and year groups. This full-time, long-term role will run from Easter 2025, offering a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience before potentially pursuing a career in education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting students on a one-to-one or small group basis to help them achieve their learning goals.

  • Assisting with the preparation and delivery of lessons under the direction of the classroom teacher.

  • Helping to manage classroom behavior and ensure a positive learning environment.

  • Monitoring student progress and providing feedback to teachers.

  • Supporting students with additional needs and encouraging their engagement.

Key Requirements:

  • A degree in any subject (essential).

  • A genuine passion for working with young people and supporting their learning.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • A proactive, flexible, and positive attitude to learning.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Experience working with children is desirable but not essential.
