The role: Customer Service Officer - Housing

Rate: 18 P/H
Contract: Full Time Contact
We are looking for a Customer Services Officer who will be responsible for managing busy Customer Care and Repairs email in boxes and ensuring these a responded to within our service standards. We also triage Housing Management and Repairs calls, raise repairs and undertake admin tasks for a busy Housing Management service
Experience:
- Experience in delivering a high-quality customer service across multiple channels; Phone, E-mail, Chat, social media etc
- Excellent listening skills, analysis of customer needs and applying appropriate resolution
- Good written and oral communications
- A proactive approach to responding to customer needs and expectations
- Be able to work as an individual and as a member of a team
- Have excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads to meet customers needs.
- Be capable of dealing with different customers and situations
Desirable:
- Use of NEC (Northgate) or equivalent
