As a Qualified Social Worker in our Locality Team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with individuals and families within the community, providing essential support and intervention. Responsibilities:

  • Undertaking assessments of individuals and families to identify their support needs and develop care plans.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with current registration with Social Work England.
  • Experience working in a locality or community-based social work setting, supporting individuals and families.
  • Sound knowledge of relevant legislation, including the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005.
