What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students with SEN, ensuring they have the tools to succeed academically and personally.
- Work alongside teachers to implement and adapt Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs.
- Create an engaging and nurturing environment that promotes positive emotional and social development.
- Support daily classroom activities, ensuring students feel included and valued.
- Maintain clear communication with parents and carers, updating them on progress and celebrating successes.
What We're Looking For:
- While experience working with SEN students is an advantage, we're seeking individuals who are empathetic, patient, and enthusiastic about supporting young learners.
- The ability to adapt and use creative approaches to meet diverse learning needs.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively as part of a team.
- Access to a car and a valid driver's license are helpful but not essential for this role in Sutton.
