Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer to recruit a Maintenance Team Leader for their site in Swadlincote. 

Working hours - 12 hour shifts (days and nights)

Salary - £52,000

Leading a team of up to 6 Maintenance Engineers

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Team Leader will include:

  • Supervise and lead the maintenance team
  • Plan, schedule, and oversee routine maintenance and repairs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

We are keen to speak with Maintenance Team Leaders with the following:

  • Proven experience in a maintenance leadership role.
  • Time served multi-skilled engineer, working within the manufacturing industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment.
  • Experience with digital maintenance planning software
  • Exposure to the SQCPD (or equivalent) model
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
