Who are we looking for?We are looking for a Carpentry and Joinery Lecturer to join our professional construction team based at our Stephen Burke Construction Academy in Swadlincote.  You will teach, assess, and monitor full time and Apprentice students engaged in Level programmes from levels 1 to 3, support and facilitate student learning, and liaise closely with management and other departments.  As part of this role you may also be required to deliver part-time evening courses.Industrial and commercial experience within the carpentry and joinery industry is essential, along with an understanding and knowledge of apprenticeship systems and operations. An appropriate teaching qualification, an Assessor award, and teaching experience would be desirable.
