We are seeking a dedicatedCustomer Support Advisorto join our established client in Swadlincote.
The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately processing customer purchase orders while maintaining a low error rate. They will collaborate with team members to ensure all orders are processed by the end of each day. Additionally, the role involves managing both incoming and outgoing customer calls, supporting a dedicated sales area, and overseeing the production process to keep customers informed of any delivery changes.
Working Hours + Salary:
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- 25,000 per annum
Key responsibilities include:
- Handling after-sales issues, including complaints and queries, promptly and effectively.
- Ensuring customer service excellence by coordinating and responding to queries in a manner that aligns with both customer satisfaction and business interests.
- Managing stock returns and goods returns as necessary.
- Providing accurate product information to customers and internal teams.
- Supporting low-spending accounts to drive sales growth.
Candidates should have:
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service or sales environment.
- Strong time management skills and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both via telephone and email.
- Proficiency in using systems and sales platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
