Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service? Our client is seeking a Customer Coordinator to join their dynamic Customer Support team in Swadlincote.

The Role:

As a Customer Coordinator , you will:

  • Accurately process allocated orders, ensuring they meet the expected error rate target.
  • Work collaboratively to ensure all orders are processed by the end of the day.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls efficiently.
  • Support a dedicated sales area, managing orders through the production process and keeping customers informed of delivery changes.
  • Address after-sales issues, including complaints and queries, promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain high customer service standards by coordinating and responding to queries quickly.
  • Follow stock returns procedures and complete goods returns as necessary.
  • Provide relevant product knowledge to answer customer and in-house queries.
  • Support low-spending accounts to drive sales growth.

The Candidate:

The ideal Customer Coordaintorwill have:

  • Previous experience in a busy customer service or sales environment.
  • Strong time management and task prioritisation skills.
  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to deliver excellent customer service via telephone and email.
  • Proficiency in using systems and sales platforms, ideally Microsoft Dynamics.
