  • Delivering precise technical quotes within designated timeframes, helping to meet customer service objectives.
  • Conducting assessments and calculations to support project specifications.
  • Specifying both standard off-the-shelf products and custom solutions designed specifically for unique project requirements.
  • Handling technical inquiries via phone, delivering top-tier customer and technical service at all times.
  • Participating in occasional office and site visits to build customer relationships and address technical challenges firsthand.
  • Compiling and presenting clear, structured technical reports based on site observations.
