Hays Education are working with primary schools in Swadlincote who are looking for EYFS Teachers to join their team on either a short or long-term basis. We also have permanent opportunities available. As an EYFS Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping young minds during their crucial early years.
Your new role
- Planning and delivering engaging activities that promote children's development across all areas (physical, social, emotional, and cognitive)
- Creating a safe and stimulating learning environment
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Assessing and tracking children's progress
- Collaborating with other staff members to enhance the overall nursery experience
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent early years teaching qualification
- A genuine passion for working with young children
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with parents and families
- Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
