- Be able to demonstrate and inform customers of the features and benefits of our client’s product range to a high standard.
- Arriving at customers depots in good time to set up the demonstration van.
- To arrange visits in conjunction with ASM’s and BDM’s
- Cleaning and generally keeping display stands in good working condition.
- Assembling display stands and POS, banners, and literature.
- Reboxing and packing stock on shelfs in store.
- Daily and weekly maintenance of the display van including checking the van for oil water and tyre pressures and tread levels, while keeping to proper service intervals.
- Dealing with Customer Queries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Ensure company policy of phone answering is maintained (maximum 3 rings). where possible if not doing presentations
- Daily and weekly planning of your diary electronically on your laptop/ iPad and sharing it with all sales staff.
- Monthly submission of expenses
- Daily records of customers contacted via the electronic sheet provided/CRM system.
