Your new companyA successful and growing business is looking for a HR Advisor to cover maternity AND an additional permanent HR Advisor due to the growth within the business. These roles are predominantly site-based, with the option to work from home 1 day a week after passing probation.Your new roleReporting to the Head of HR, you will be an experienced Generalist with experience in Providing guidance on HR policies, employee relations, and best practices.Supporting managers by providing HR advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR policiesPlay a key role in recruitment, onboarding, and career development.Drive employee engagement and well-being initiativesEnsure compliance with employment law and best HR practices.What you'll need to succeed

  • Ideally CIPD Level 5
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced, ideally blue-collar environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
