HR Advisor Swadlincote - onsite Full Time & Permanent Up to £35,000 & benefitsSF Recruitment are excited to be working with our client in Swadlincote, who are looking to add a brand-new HR Advisor to their HR team. This role is fundamental to the growth and the success of the business, providing generalist HR advice and support to managers and the senior HR Team with case work and some super exciting projects across the full employee life cycle. Our client is looking to attract candidates who are ready for a new challenge, this role is working in a super busy environment where a hands on approach is needed. You will need to have a proven track record of being able to build strong work relationships. It is essential you have previous experience of dealing with ER cases, the ideal candidate will have previous experience at working at Advisor level or looking to take that next step into an Advisor role. You will need to be CIPD Level 3 as a minimum, but ideally CIPD Level 5 or working towards this. Main Responsibilities within the role of HR Advisor: - Support managers with all HR matters relating to employee relations - Where appropriate lead on investigations, hearings, drive case resolution - Respond to HR related queries raised by employees & managers - Support Recruitment, Onboarding and Learning & Development - Work with managers to address issues such as absence levels - Monitor and support probation reviews - Managing HR shared inbox with the team - Assisting with HR reports and reporting/ad hoc requests for the wider business - Assist with the development and implementation of new projects - this a big part of the role!
