People Solutions are currently recruiting for Despatch Operatives to join our well-established client based in Swadlincote.

Day to Day Duties

Your day-to-day duties as a Despatch Operative with our client would be:

• Pack stock
• Palletise stock
• Computer usage to print labels and enter data
• Label stock
• Move stock
• Wrap pallets for despatch
• Picking
• Clean working area

Essential Skills

The skills needed to be a Despatch Operative with our client are:

• Advanced level of English
• Previous warehouse experience
• Be confident with working on a computer where required
• Be confident lifting heavier stock occasionally
• The ability to work in a team or alone
• Ability to achieve good KPIs

Desirable Experience

• Working within a similar environment

Training

• Training provided, with ongoing support
