We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Support Advisor to join our client based in Swadlincote. This role provides administration & sales support to the external sales team by managing admin tasks, chasing leads, tracking projects, and assisting in converting schedules into orders.

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Health & Safety: Uphold and promote a safe workplace, challenging unsafe behaviours and ensuring adherence to company safety guidelines.
  • Customer Service: Foster a customer-first culture for both internal and external customers.
  • Lead Management: Track and update at least 30 leads daily, follow up on quotes, and maintain project details to achieve targets.
  • Sales Support: Schedule appointments, log sales visits, and provide updates on plans, site status, and expected order dates.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with external sales contacts to understand customer needs and provide ongoing support.
  • Feedback & Reporting: Deliver regular updates and performance summaries to managers and the sales team.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities through research and outreach to lapsed builders and other sources.
  • Product Knowledge: Address customer inquiries confidently and assist with product-related queries.
  • Team Support: Provide cover and assistance for colleagues during absences and meetings.
