Position: SEN Teaching Assistant

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

Hold a valid UK driving license (essential - applications without this will not be considered).
Have experience working with SEN students in an educational or care setting.
Be available to work 5 days a week.
Demonstrate patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to students' individual needs.
Be confident in managing challenging behaviors and supporting students' development.
Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 or small group support to children with Special Educational Needs.
Assist with implementing tailored learning programs and strategies.
