Within this position you will work closely with the Executive Principal, Headteacher, SEND Governor, senior management team and colleagues in the strategic development of the school's Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) policy and oversee the day-to-day operation of that policy with the aim of raising SEND pupil achievement.You will support the identification of and disseminate the most effective teaching approaches for pupils with SEND and work with the Headteacher and staff to develop effective ways of bridging barriers to learning through.
