Are you an experienced SEN Teacher looking for new opportunities in Tamworth?
Winner Education are seeking an EYFS teacher for a primary school based in Tamworth. We are looking to appoint the successful candidate on a long-term basis and will be full time. This school have a fantastic reputation for supporting their staff with career development and internal training and support.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Conduct general class teacher responsibilities
• Whole class lesson planning
• Tailor lesson planning and preparation based on individual learner requirements
• Lead and work alongside full time TA’s working with the class
• Provide regular learner assessments and progress reports
• Uphold the highest standards of safeguarding and student welfare
• Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment

The successful SEN Teacher must:
• Hold QTS status (ECT’s are welcome to apply)
• Have previous experience within primary school environment, in particular EYFS/Reception
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Form excellent relationships with the school team and pupil parents
• Show strong resilience and patience
