Are you a qualified and experienced teacher with a passion for behaviour management and pupil wellbeing? An amazing primary school in Swaffham is seeking a Deputy Head Teacher to lead Behaviour and Pastoral care, driving improvements in pupil behaviour and supporting their overall development.
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead initiatives to enhance pupil behaviour and wellbeing.
- Lead and inspire a team committed to fostering positive, inclusive learning environments.
- Play a key role in school leadership, upholding the school's distinctive Catholic ethos and values.
- Champion excellence and equality, ensuring high expectations for all pupils.

Requirements:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with extensive teaching experience.
- Have a proven track record in school leadership, particularly in behaviour management and pastoral care.
- Be an inspirational leader with a passion for pupil wellbeing and development.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be able to build, lead, and inspire a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Be committed to fostering inclusive learning environments that support the development of every child.
