Our client, a leading building maintenance company working with reputable private and public sector organisations is currently seeking a plumber / multi trade on a temporary to permanent basis to carry out reactive and planned maintenance work for domestic customers across the East.
16 per hour PAYE
21 per hour CIS
Duties will include :-
Attending to and resolving plumbing maintenance issues within mainly domestic social housing properties while providing a high level of customer service.
Requirement for the role :-
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in plumbing.
Multi-trade skills such as basic carpentry, tiling and painting and decorating an advantage.
PPE
Own tools
Must be able to provide at least one work related reference.
Company vehicle and fuel card provided.
42.5 hours per week Monday - Friday
Full - time temp-perm position.
