Swanley - Office Based - Full Time

Do you have experience as an Account Manager, Client Relationship Manager or Customer Service Advisor?

Are you available immediately and looking for a new role?

We are working exclusively with our client based in Swanley to recruit for a brand new position in their growing business. It is an exciting and varied role that can be developed to suit your skillset. The working hours are either 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm Monday - Friday and the role is based in modern offices that benefit from free on site parking.

Key Duties:

- Account management

- Up selling products to existing clients

- Working closely with the customer service team to resolve client queries

- Manage customer pricing, ensuring accuracy and profitability and adjust pricing where necessary

- Managing online sales activity and monitoring trends

- Report production for management on sales and retention

The key function of the role is to retain and develop existing business by building relationships with the clients.
