Are you a seasoned Senior Quantity Surveyor seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity with a Tier 1 Main Contractor? We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious contractor specializing in residential refurbishment projects, based in South East London.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will take ownership of commercial activities and contribute to the successful delivery of complex residential refurbishment projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading cost management and commercial oversight for assigned projects.
  • Preparing and managing budgets, valuations, and final accounts.
  • Negotiating and managing subcontractor agreements.
  • Providing strategic commercial advice to project teams.
  • Producing detailed financial reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
  • Mitigating commercial risks and identifying opportunities to enhance value.

  • Extensive experience in Quantity Surveying, with a proven track record in residential refurbishment or similar projects.
