Executive Assistant Wanted!
Our client is seeking an Executive Assistant to the owner and join their team on a permanent basis. The Executive Assistant must have proven EA/PA experience, preferably in an engineering or similar industry. The Executive Assistant will be working very closely with the owner of the business, and ideally have exposure to the employee lifecycle and HR processes.
Key Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:
Executive Assistance
- Provide comprehensive support to the Director and Senior Management team.
- Attend and take minutes at meetings, ensuring action items are documented and followed up.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, and manage logistics for Director and SLT activities.
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships across the SLT
- Producing reports and statistics in in preparation for the monthly meetings
- Supporting current H & S processes and ensuring all files and certifications are current and up to date
- Working closely with the business operations to enhance current systems and make recommendations
HR/People Duties
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Monitor and manage HR systems to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with line managers and employees to address HR-related queries and provide guidance.
Key Skills Required for the Executive Assistant:
- Successful track record in providing administrative support to multiple Senior Managers and Directors
- Exposure to HR/People functions such as recruitment and employee life cycle
- Experience of managing and sharing multiple diaries which are subject to change
