The Role

Your day will be fast-paced and full of variety. You’ll be supporting four senior stakeholders, managing their calendars and inboxes with a forward-looking view. You’ll keep ahead of the diary, anticipate clashes, and be the person that ensures they’re always in the right place, at the right time, fully prepared.

You’ll be responsible for organising internal and external meetings, coordinating board and governance forums (including preparing agendas, collating packs, and producing minutes/actions), handling communication on their behalf, booking travel, and managing expenses.

You’ll also act as the go-to person for meeting logistics, making sure every session is well-prepared, smoothly run, and followed up with clarity. If you enjoy being the one that brings calm to the chaos, this role will feel like home.
