What We're Looking For:
- Experience with payroll, VAT compliance, and financial regulations is highly desirable
- Familiarity with FCSA compliance and audits (or a willingness to learn)
- Proficiency in HR software, payroll systems, and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Merit)
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
What You'll Do:As our Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organisational culture and ensuring our compliance with regulations. You will be the go-to person for all things HR and compliance-related, ensuring that our team thrives in a supportive and compliant environment.
Your Responsibilities Include:
Compliance Oversight:
- Lead FCSA internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Conduct quarterly due diligence for clients to ensure ongoing regulatory adherence
- Oversee AWR (Agency Workers Regulations) compliance, including matching permanent pay and tracking 12-month assignments
- Manage VAT compliance, including monthly VAT number verification's and VAT claims.
Operational & Admin:
- Oversee minimum wage calculations and ensure payroll compliance
- Ensure accurate processing of client commission sheets and BDM commission sheets
- Process new payroll forms via e-signature platform
HR Administration:
- Oversee recruitment, on boarding, and employee development to cultivate a motivated workforce
- Organise and document staff meetings, ensuring action points are followed up
- Handling queries, grievances and disciplinary processes
- Ensure company policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with employment law
