Customer Advisor (Inventories) - Swanley

My clients are the UK’s largest provider of Property Inventory Management reporting services via 90 regional offices. They provide property inventory management services for letting professionals. They have been working alongside property professionals for 15 years to protect the assets of their landlords through quality reporting and monitoring. Additionally, they provide fire asset safety testing and reporting for those who manage large and small residential blocks. They achieve this by blending people’s expertise with technology, to deliver an inventory management service that makes the job of the property manager faster, easier and more efficient.If you are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment this role is perfect for you !!

What You'll Do: -

  • Be the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and efficient assistance.
  • Manage National Accounts - Build and maintain relationships with clients across the country.
  • Quality Check Reports - Ensure all reports meet high standards before reaching clients.
  • Book Appointments - Coordinate and schedule client appointments seamlessly.
  • Data Entry & Administration - Keep records accurate and up-to-date with meticulous attention to detail.
