About the role

Packing Assistants are responsible for the final packaging Once packaged, our Packing Assistants are in charge of scanning out all items and preparing them for pickup. 

This team is a critical part of our operation, as they are principally responsible for ensuring the delivery of our patients’ medications and products in a timely, efficient manner. Come and join the team if you’re detail-oriented and passionate about delighting customers!

What you'll be doing:

  • Scanning out orders and preparing them for pickup
  • Maintain the organisation of the storage and scan out stations
  • Ensuring trash is removed and boxes are broken down daily
  • May be asked to go to the Post Office and / or Fedex if needed
  • Maintaining shipping inventory: Bags, and bins
  • Logging when pick-up and deliveries arrive
  • Unloading and unboxing pharmacy supplies
