HOURS: Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

We're teaming up with our client to find a new member to join their team. They are looking for an Microsoft Excel expert, an organised individual with a keen eye for detail and an experienced Payroll candidate.

You will be responsible for converting Excel spreadsheets into a new format for seamless importing into the Merit Payroll system. This role requires someone who can handle a busy workload, effectively communicate, and collaborate with various teams within the organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Convert Excel spreadsheets into a different format for smooth importing into the Merit payroll system
  • Handle incoming emails and calls
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Cross reference and check all contact details are correct and accurate
  • Utilise strong Excel skills for data management and analysis

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in a role involving Payroll
  • Due to the remote location of the office, a driver is preferred
  • Confident in decision-making and approachable in interactions with others
  • Adaptable, organised, and committed to delivering high-quality results within deadlines
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with colleagues and clients
