Our client, based in Swansea, are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Scheduling role one on a 12-month contract.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the salary for the role is £27,082. The ideal candidate will have experience booking in repairs on behalf of Social Housing tenants, receiving a large number of calls and live locally to the Swansea area. Duties will include (but are not limited to): Receiving calls from tenants in regards to repairs and providing the initial diagnosis to get an understanding as to what Repairs work would be requiredBooking in repairs for Gas Services and Repairs for both void and tenanted propertiesChasing repairs operatives in regards to updates around repairsInputting all data onto inhouse PDA systems, in order to Repairs Operatives to track repairs work as effectively as possible
Experience required:Experience required in Social HousingExperience working with customers within housing

Working hours:35 hours per week Monday - Friday
