As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our brand maintains a strong and consistent presence across all platforms. You will oversee content, support sales efforts, and optimise marketing campaigns to meet and exceed goals. Day-to-day of the role:- Oversee the development and execution of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across all platforms.
- Collaborate with outsourced agencies, in-house teams, and Brand Ambassadors to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and optimise marketing campaigns to achieve set objectives and maximise ROI.
- Support sales efforts by aligning marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Step in to lead the marketing and sales teams in the absence of the Head of Marketing & Sales, ensuring continuity and strategic alignment.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in a marketing management role.
