Your new companyThis is an exciting new permanent Marketing Manager position, the first of its kind to be recruited by our clients who are based in South Wales. You will join this growing company at an exciting time, acting as the point of contact to a number of large, high-profile clients, and being responsible for the delivery of associated marketing campaigns and strategies. You will work collaboratively with the New Product Development and Commercial teams to develop future strategies. Your new roleYou will be responsible for leading the planning, execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns across a variety of channels both online and offline. You will contribute to the development and execution of brand strategies that enhance brand awareness and customer perception. You will develop high-quality content for a range of marketing materials, ensuring that there is consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing and communications. You will be responsible for supporting online marketing efforts, such as SEO, social media marketing, advertising and email campaigns, and you will track the effectiveness of these, reporting and providing recommendations for future improvements. You will work closely with customers to ensure that the marketing strategy aligns with business objectives, and you will coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and collaboration across teams and stakeholders. You will conduct research to gather customer insights, monitor industry trends and analyse competitor activities to develop future strategies. You will also assist in managing and tracking the marketing budget, ensuring campaigns stay within allocated resources. What you'll need to succeedYou will have a degree in Marketing, Business or a related field along with a solid level of practical marketing experience, with the ability to create and manage robust marketing initiatives. You will be able to work autonomously, managing a range of online and offline marketing channels. Strong relationship-building skills are essential for this post as you will be customer-facing and the main point of contact for a range of large, high-profile clients. Extensive experience in using market analysis tools and the ability to track and evaluate campaign performance is required. What you'll get in returnThis is a permanent opportunity with a salary of £60,000 per annum, plus car allowance and a performance-related bonus. Other benefits include 33 days annual leave, inclusive of public holidays. You can choose your office base from either Pontyclun or Swansea, but please note that travel to both these locations, along with regular travel to London, are an essential part of this role. Some working from home will be offered.
