Non-Domestic Energy Assessor

This is a great opportunity to join a specialist sustainability consultancy who provide a range of technical energy services to the commercial sector. They are on the lookout for an established Non-Domestic Energy Assessor to join a team of dynamic and experienced energy assessors in their new Swansea offices.

Role responsibilities for a Non-Domestic Energy Assessor include:

  • Carrying out non-domestic EPC's using IES-VE software
  • Being involved with energy surveying of buildings
  • Working alongside clients and residents of the buildings for surveys
  • Identifying and providing solutions that will improve energy efficiency
  • Carry out site visits to produce site reports as well as energy statements

The ideal Non-Domestic Energy Assessor will have:

  • A level 4 NDEA qualification through a credible accreditation scheme
  • Proficient with IES-VE software
  • Demonstratable experience delivering EPCs for commercial projects
  • Full UK drivers license as will be expected to travel to carry out site visits
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
