Customer Service Administrator

Circa £25,000pa Monday to Friday

An opportunity to join a multi-award winning household name based in Swansea!

We need someone with excellent customer service skills, and top notch administrative skills and experience to join this wonderful team supporting the company's UK Customers.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Timely order processing
  • Order dispatch in partnership with the UK & EU warehouse teams
  • Order invoicing
  • Tracking orders
  • Administrating Credit and Returns
  • Maintenance and housekeeping of customer accounts & product data via Sage, customer portals & internal trackers
  • Supporting and partnering with Key Account Manager on KPIs to ensure maintaining operational performance & account health
  • Management of portals, enquires and ensuring inventory updated accordingly

You'll need to be ORGANISED, PASSIONATE and PROACTIVE! And you'll also need:

  • The ability to build good working relationships
  • Competency with all MS Office Packages
  • Excellent communication skills
