Asset Manager - MRI Implementation
Swansea, South Wales
450 - 500 per day
Part time hours, 2-3 days a week (negotiable)
Interim Contract - minimum 12 months

Sellick Partnership Ltd are currently supporting a public sector organisation based in South Wales with the recruitment of an Asset Manager to help assist with the implementation of MRI's Housing Asset Management system
Daily duties of the Asset Manager:
- Be responsible for overseeing and managing housing asset management projects, with a specific focus on utilising MRI software for property management
- Manage the full project implementation
- Support and advise current members of staff on the future use of the MRI system
- Manage multiple deliverables simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Coordinate with various stakeholders of the business
Essential experience of the Asset Manager:
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MRI's Housing Asset Management system
- Previously worked within social housing
