My client is looking to appoint a Paralegal within their Commercial Litigation team.

You will be required to be office based working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday.

It would be hugely advantageous if you have experience in:

  • Assisting caseloads that include general and commercial litigation matters such as property disputes
  • Drafting and amending documentation
  • Attending client meetings
  • Liaising with third parties
  • Updating of case management system
  • Keeping up to date with legislative changes
  • Assisting with new clients

You will also need:

  • Practice knowledge of working with a case management system
  • Compliant with Code(s) of conduct
  • Anti Money-Laundering regulations, etc
