Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for all enquiries, building rapport through email and telephone interactions.- Support Across Departments: Liaise with global departments, assisting the sales team and clients throughout the EMEA region.- Problem Solving: Handle queries effectively, providing timely and suitable solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.- Administrative Tasks: Log, update, and create tasks as needed, process payments over the phone, and check invoices on behalf of billing.- Event Assistance: Provide support during events, including delegate registration and basic technical support.- Relationship Building: Form key relationships with delegates and customers, ensuring they receive world-class service.Skills and Experience Required:- Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and one modern European language (Italian or Dutch preferred) is essential, along with English.- Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills.- Technical Aptitude: Basic technical support skills and account administration experience are advantageous.- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.- Team Player: Willingness to support various teams and departments as required.
